No hidden fees or surprises. The following outlines how MOQ, pricing, payment, and shipping operate before you submit your product list.
MOQ
Minimum order quantity starts from one carton per SKU. For mixed orders, the total order value is weighted more heavily than quantity per individual SKU. We will inform you in advance if any specific product carries a higher minimum.
Pricing & quotation
Final pricing is confirmed after we verify current factory rates, carton configuration, and stock availability. Quotations remain valid for 7 calendar days, subject to revision if market prices shift materially.
Payment
Full payment is required before shipment. We accept bank transfer (T/T) and USDT (cryptocurrency). Once payment is confirmed, we proceed with order preparation and dispatch without delay.
Shipping (DDP)
We handle all logistics under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms — customs clearance, import duties, and final delivery to your address are included in a single all-inclusive price. Typical transit time from China to Central Asia is 15-18 days.
Mixed orders
Products across unrelated categories — including hair accessories, kitchen tools, and packaging — can be consolidated into a single shipment. One tracking number, one customs clearance process, one delivery.
Samples & returns
Samples are available before a bulk order. The sample cost and shipping are borne by the buyer and deducted from the first bulk order invoice if the order proceeds. Returns are accepted solely for manufacturing defects, with photo or video evidence required within 7 days of receipt.
